Terms & conditions

The terms that apply when you buy from Savvy Proto Design.

Who we are

This website is run by Savvy Proto Design, Building 48, Al Zahiyah, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at hello@savvyprotodesign.com or +971 50 982 2559.

Orders

  • Your order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email.
  • Most of our products are printed to order. If we cannot make or deliver something you ordered, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). VAT and delivery are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payment is taken by card through our secure payment provider when you place your order.

Delivery

Delivery costs and timings are explained on our delivery and returns page.

Returns and refunds

  • If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
  • Custom and personalised orders are made just for you, so we cannot accept returns on them unless they are faulty.
  • Refunds are paid back to the card you used to pay.

Product use

Our toys and crafts are recommended for children aged 4 and up, with adult supervision for younger children. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from the photos because every piece is printed individually.

Custom designs

When you send us a design, logo or name to print, you confirm that you have the right to use it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
