Who we are
This website is run by Savvy Proto Design, Building 48, Al Zahiyah, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, which is responsible for your personal data. For any question about your data, contact us at hello@savvyprotodesign.com or +971 50 982 2559.
What we collect
- Contact and delivery details: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
- Order details: the products you buy, your payments and your invoices.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp, including designs or files for custom orders.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and your password, which is stored encrypted.
- Website use: the pages and products you view, your device, browser and language, and your approximate location, collected with cookies.
We never see or store your full card number. Card payments, where offered, are handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
- To make, deliver and support your orders, and to send you order confirmations, invoices and delivery updates.
- To answer your questions and prepare quotes for custom orders.
- To remind you about products left in your cart, if you gave us your email address.
- To keep the records required by UAE law, such as invoices and accounting records.
- To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it.
- To send you news and offers, only if you agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep the website working, for example your cart and your language. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies, including Google Analytics, to see how visitors use the website. You choose in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice by clearing the cookies in your browser. Details are in our cookie policy.
Who we share it with
- Delivery partners, to deliver your order.
- Payment providers, to process card payments where offered.
- Service providers that host and run our website and business software (Odoo), send our emails and provide website statistics (Google).
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
These partners may use your data only to provide their service to us.
Where your data is stored
Our service providers may store or process your data outside the United Arab Emirates. We only use providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as UAE law requires. We keep other personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to stop using it for marketing, or to withdraw your consent. Email us at hello@savvyprotodesign.com and we will reply as soon as we can. If you have an account, you can also update your details in your account.
Children
Our products are made for children, but our website is meant for parents and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you think a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We protect your data with secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls and trusted providers. No website is completely secure, so please keep your account password private.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
