Delivery & returns

Everything you need to know about getting your order, and what to do if something is not right.

Delivery

  • Standard delivery costs AED 15.
  • Delivery is free on orders over AED 150.
  • Each order is printed for you in our Abu Dhabi workshop and then handed to our delivery partner. We will email you when it is on its way.

Returns

  • If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
  • Custom and personalised orders are made just for you, so we cannot accept returns on them unless they are faulty.
  • To start a return, email hello@savvyprotodesign.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
